Cockpit Usa Return Policy?
Cockpit USA offers a 30 Day Guarantee. If not 100% satisfied with the purchase within 30 days of receiving the order, customers may return or exchange their unworn or unused purchase. The item must be complete with original hang tags attached and in its original packaging. Any items damaged will not be accepted back for a refund under the 30 Day Guarantee.
Before sending the item for return or exchange, customers must fill out the Return or Exchange Authorization form. Once the information is received, a Return Authorization form will be emailed to include in the package.
The order should be returned via insured and pre-paid UPS or FedEx for protection. Custom orders cannot be returned. Refunds and exchanges can take up to two weeks to process. Shipping charges on refunds are not included.
Exchanges and refunds are honored for purchases from Cockpit USA only, for a period of 30 days from date of delivery as long as all tags are on the products and they are not worn or damaged. The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping charges.
For returns sent from outside the U.S.A., the items should be declared as "U.S.A. goods being returned to the manufacturer" so that the package does not incur duties. Duties and taxes levied on merchandise and/or any returns or exchanges held in Customs are not the responsibility of Cockpit USA.
Please note that any items on sale are not eligible for refund. Shipping charges do not include duties, brokerage fees, and/or taxes on international orders. International customers are responsible for all duties, brokerage fees, and taxes on their order. If a customer refuses a package, Cockpit USA will be liable to cover duties and fees refused by the customer. Under this scenario, these fees will be deducted from the order's refund.
